NexGen replaced my roof after a hailstorm, 5+years ago. I noticed some discoloration on my popcorn ceiling (gross and outdated, yes I know), and assumed my roof was leaking. I called NexGen and left a message conveying this. Chris returned my call right away and scheduled a time to do an inspection. He arrived on time and truly listened to my concerns. He went into my attic to inspect where I felt the water was. After miscalculating the trusses, the poor guy came crashing through my ceiling onto my tile floor, and putting a hole into one of my walls. Thank goodness he was ok, although I’m sure pretty sore for the next week or so. Too bad we didn’t get it on video for some Youtube likes or at least a laugh at the company Christmas party! He apologized profusely and assured me that he would have someone out right away to repair the damage. During the repair, Chris kept in constant communication and always made sure the job was getting done to my satisfaction and correctly. I never thought that they would be able to blend a 40 year old popcorn ceiling but, they did a great job! To help make up for the inconvenience, they even fixed the part of the ceiling I was originally concerned about. Accidents happen, it’s how you respond to them that matters, and Chris from NexGen responded like a PRO!

I have been working with NexGen Roofing for quite sometime now and I can honestly say that they are by far one of the easiest and most professional companies to work with. The production manager, Chris, is one of the best when it comes to operations and production. Everything he does is seamless. If there is an issue you wouldn’t even know because he would take care of it before it became a problem. I highly recommend using NexGen for your next home exteriors project.

My house was hit with a large hail storm and I was stuck looking for the right Contractor to take care of my home. I cannot recommend NexGen enough. If you are in the unfortunate and difficult situation of having to choose a contractor to take care of your Roof and Gutters there is not a better company or team that I would recommend more than NexGen Roofing. Chris, who runs the production department and TRULY cares about the homeowner. I was well informed before, during, and after the process. Chris even informed me of some minor damage to a light in the back of the home and replaced it without question or before I even knew about it. The most important part of picking a contractor is trusting that they will do what is in the best interest of the homeowner. I am grateful there is a company that I can trust, that is local, and stands by there workmanship. Thanks!

The team at NexGen was amazing to work with. We had a potential insurance claim with a very tight window to complete the work. Casey was with us every step of the way, even coming out to assist with the insurance adjusters review. Casey kept his word throughout the entire process and the work was done timely with a high level of quality. I don’t often write reviews but the NexGen team was well deserving.

I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Zach Hatten at NexGen roofing made the process seamless from beginning to end. NexGen worked diligently with my insurance company and even came out to meet with our insurance adjuster at my house. Everything, from material delivery to cleanup, was completed within a few days. Zach has been reliable and flexible around every corner of this process and went the extra mile to offer plenty of color options so I could get a perfect match to my home’s siding. I would strongly recommend NexGen to anyone in need of a new roof.

As a realtor you come across many different vendors and NexGen Roofing was one of the best experiences I have had. They were so professional when handling every aspect of this inspection, roof claim, and installation. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the products and of this industry. This is the second time I’ve used Nexgen for my outside building services. Years ago it was gutters and siding and this time a new roof. Casey called to perform a roof check and found several holes in my roof from our last hail storm. After our insurance inspection the new roof was scheduled. Casey was with us every step of the way. He is a top-notch professional and has phenomenal customer service skills. This is my third roof/roofing company and by far the BEST experience I have had. When I requested a price on an upgrade I was amazed at the fair pricing and now have a ridge cap vent which gives my roofline a much cleaner look and better ventilation for my attic. I was also introduced to Chris who is another part of the GREAT Nexgen team. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Photo perspective is of roof corner, patio and shed (also replaced).

He had constant communication with us and we were amazed at how quickly the roof was completed. It’s beautiful!!
